Eric Odland is an emerging composer with experience on various instruments and a focus on percussion. He has performed at a variety of national events including The Percussive Arts Society International Convention, the Midwest Clinic, and the Great Plains International Marimba Competition, and has had works premiered at the National Conference on Percussion Pedagogy and the Percussive Arts Society International Convention. He is currently pursuing degrees in Composition and Percussion Performance at Oklahoma City University, where he has premiered various works as well. Eric is studying composition under Dr. Edward Knight and percussion under Dr. Tommy Dobbs.
