Mark Neal is a composer, arranger, and high school music teacher based in Newcastle, Australia. He graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Teaching in 2009 and 2015, respectively.

Mark enjoys composing and arranging for, and conducting jazz ensembles, concert bands, and brass bands. As a high school music teacher, he is often composing and arranging for a range of eclectic ensembles and a variety of skill levels. He has had his works performed in Australia and the United States.

Mark has performed throughout Australia with orchestras and percussion ensembles, as well as the top concert bands and brass bands in Australia.
