Paul Kucharski was born in Ohio, USA and re-located to Australia in 1994. He holds degrees from the University of Southern Queensland, Indiana University and the University of Kentucky. Paul has been a multi-instrumental teacher for over 25 years, both with private schools and with Education Queensland in Townsville and Brisbane and is a frequent adjudicator and clinician. He enjoys performing in and composing for a variety of ensembles, including concert bands and jazz ensembles.
