Dene Ford is a guitarist, vocalist and composer who has performed in Jazz and contemporary styles for close to thirty years.

Dene has a special affinity for the Blues and lists playing with Blues singers Jimmy Witherspoon and Deborah Coleman amoung his favourite career high lights.

During much of his professional life, Dene has also been an instrumental teacher and leader of various ensembles in both primary and secondary schools.

Dene hopes that his writing reflects the diversity of his musical life and will be stimulating to play across all sections of the ensemble. He currently plays, sings and arranges for the Victoria Police Showband.
